Problem description:
While running the deploy application task in content navigator configuration and deployment tool the following error appears:
com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.AdminException: ADMA0043E: C:\Users\filenet\Local\Temp\app2121041783762009742.ear does not exist for installation.
Solution:
The problem occurs while the windows environment variable(s) TEMP/TMP points to the %USERPROFILE% directory. To resolve the issue set the variable(s) TEMP/TMP to C:\TEMP or a path that not points to the users profile path.
Logoff and Logon to the system, restart all required WebSphere server and run the deployment task again
