It might be that you experience a very strange issue while importing documents into content manager.
DGL3608A: DLL is not ready. ; ICM7007: The view definition for a component is being created or updated; therefore, the associated access statements are invalid. Retry the operation after completing the action currently in progress for the component
This problem occurs when the itemtype was modified and the view and access modules has not been rebuilt. So you just need to run either the library server confiiguration wizard or just the cmcfglsi -t comptypes. The cmcfglsi is located unter IBMCMROOT\config.
